Shipping Policy

Full refund is eligible to be claimed if your order has not arrived within 30 days after the day of purchase.

We offer free worldwide shipping with tracking. You can track your order by clicking here

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment address.

 

Shipping Time:

Our standard shipping time is typically 7-19 days.

    Shipping time does not include handling time.

     

    Handling Time:

    All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods it may take up to 5 business days to ship the order.

     

    Tracking: If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work (please note that tracking number can take up to 2 days before it is updated to the system), no worries; Contact us and we'll solve it! 

    Unexpected Delays: In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

    Custom Fees: Additional fees such as the custom duties are typically not required, but in a case where it is required to be paid for, customers are responsible for the additional fees.
