Return & Refund
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. We usually ship items out within three (3) days, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is customer's responsibility to ensure checking out the correct items and shipping info. Orders that are shipped cannot be canceled or changed.

No worries! You can claim for a refund and/or replacement if your order(s) doesn't arrive within 60 days. Depending on the situation, it could be that the package got lost or a delayed delivery. You might still receive the item afterwards!
