Our Returns Policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and prior return notice. To complete return or refund of faulty purchase, we require a proof (image or video) of the faulty item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
